  9.     before using this software (the "SOFTWARE") provided with this
  10.     agreement. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance
  11.     of this license agreement and warranty.

  17.     Registry First Aid by KsL Software (hereinafter referred to as SOFTWARE
  18.     or software) is completely owned and copyrighted by KsL Software.
  19.     Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and
  20.     your license, whether REGISTERED or UNREGISTERED, should not be
  21.     construed as the sale of any right in the SOFTWARE or any right in
  22.     any of its component parts.

  25.     REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE

  28.     This license applies to the REGISTERED version of the software.
  29.     If you are using the UNREGISTERED version of the software, please
  30.     see UNREGISTERED VERSION LICENSE section below.

  32.     One REGISTERED copy of the software may be used EITHER by a single
  33.     individual who uses the software personally on one or more
  34.     computers OR it may be installed on a single workstation to be used 
  35.     by more than one individual, but only one individual at a time.

  37.     You may access the REGISTERED version of SOFTWARE through 
  38.     a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses 
  39.     for SOFTWARE covering ALL computers that will run SOFTWARE from 
  40.     the network. For instance, if three different workstations will 
  41.     use SOFTWARE on the network, you will need a three user licenses, 
  42.     whether they use SOFTWARE at different times or concurrently.

  44.     The license for this software is NOT transferable to any
  45.     other hardware product, company, entity, or individual.

  47.     You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  48.     disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE
  49.     except as defined in this agreement and with the written consent
  50.     of KsL Software. Any such unauthorized use shall result in the
  51.     immediate and automatic termination of ANY license, REGISTERED or
  52.     UNREGISTERED.

  55.     UNREGISTERED VERSION LICENSE

  58.     This license applies to the UNREGISTERED version of the SOFTWARE.
  59.     If you are using the registered version of the software, please
  60.     see REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE section above.

  62.     The UNREGISTERED version of the SOFTWARE may be freely
  63.     distributed, provided that the distribution package is not
  64.     modified in any way and is complete. No person or company may
  65.     charge a fee for the distribution of this SOFTWARE without the
  66.     express written permission from KsL Software.

  68.     You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  69.     disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  70.     SOFTWARE except as provided for in this agreement. Any instance 
  71.     of such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
  72.     termination of the license, whether REGISTERED or UNREGISTERED.

  74.     This software is SHAREWARE. Subject to the terms that follow, you
  75.     are hereby licensed to use the less functional version of the
  76.     SOFTWARE for evaluation purposes only for a period of 30
  77.     consecutive days without charge. After the 30 consecutive days
  78.     have elapsed, you must uninstall and discontinue usage of the
  79.     SOFTWARE or purchase a LICENSE for a REGISTERED VERSION. If you
  80.     wish to use the SOFTWARE with all of the functions enabled, you
  81.     must obtain a REGISTERED VERSION.

  83.     A fee is required for the REGISTERED VERSION. Ordering information 
  84.     can be found in the program help file. When payment
  85.     is received by KsL Software, you will be sent a registration key
  86.     for the most recent version of the SOFTWARE.

  92.     THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY 
  93.     OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, 
  94.     BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY 
  95.     AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT 
  96.     SHALL RoseCitySoftware OR THE SOFTWARE AUTHOR BE LIABLE 
  97.     FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, 
  98.     INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS 
  99.     OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE COMPANY OR AUTHOR 
  100.     HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
